The annual MBI Trade Show and Convention has been part of my life for years and although I am no longer in the business I enjoyed the weekend with 500 plus attendees; many if whom I’ve had long-term friendships.
This year, I sat beside retired Ivan (Pudge) Rodriguez, the best Texas Rangers catcher in history, on the plane ride to Phoenix. He is back in the Rangers system as a coach and the three hours that I visited with him were pretty special.
