Now that we finally, after two public hearings, have our zoning change approved, we can press on with the site plan approval followed by a building permit, we hope, before to long.
I met with our architect, civil engineer, banker and construction manager and discussed the new building project which I hope will be completed for occupancy by the end of the year.
The office and storage facility will surround “Noble” who is a 160 year old Pecan Tree located right in the middle of the property. This beautiful majestic tree is about five feet in circumference at the base.
This will be a family project owned by Marluc, LLC and it will help to create jobs in our community.
